Pure Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning, maintenance, and repair services across Qatar, including but not limited to:

  • Tiles Fixing & Renovation

  • General Cleaning & Facility Management

All services are subject to availability and are provided with the highest level of professionalism and safety.

 

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Service bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information for scheduling purposes.

  • Pure Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

 

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All pricing will be communicated transparently before service confirmation.

  • Additional charges may apply for materials, extended labor, or changes in scope.

  • Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or other methods approved by Pure Cleaning.

  • Invoices will be issued upon service completion or as per agreement.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where a service was not delivered as agreed, and after internal investigation.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure the premises are accessible and safe for service delivery.

  • Pets, valuables, and fragile items should be secured before our team arrives.

  • Any special instructions must be clearly communicated in advance.

 

6. Limitations of Liability

  • While we strive for excellence, Pure Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for any damages caused during service will be limited to the value of the affected item or the service fee paid.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on purecleaning.qa, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Pure Cleaning Service.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of website content is strictly prohibited.
